HVAC Duct Cleaning Summit County Facilities Maintenance Department

Summit County Facilities Maintenance Department is soliciting proposals from qualified HVAC duct systems and associated equipment cleaned in several of their facilities for the 2025 calendar year.  The best proposal will be selected for award based upon consideration of qualifications, relevant experience, schedule, and cost.   Submit questions regarding the proposals to wayne.byrne@summitcountyco.gov . The pre-bid meeting for this project is posted on the Summit County website.

Said proposals will be accepted by Electronic Submission (preferred) to wayne.byrne@summitcountyco.gov and kim.weiers@summitcountyco.gov or by hardcopy proposals until 2:00 p.m., December 20, 2024.  Proposals received after 2:00 pm, will not be accepted.

At said time and place, all proposals that have been duly received will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder who best meets the requirements of Summit County and the public interest.

The Summit County Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive irregularities or informalities, and to conduct such investigations or negotiations as it deems necessary to select the most responsible and responsive proposal.
