MANDATORY PREBID CONFERENCE: Due to the inclement weather anticipated impact, Ogeechee Technical College (OTC) will be hosting a second Mandatory Prebid Conference on October 7, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. for all companies interested in submitting a proposal for this project.

The Technical College System of Georgia is accepting sealed bids on behalf of Ogeechee Technical College (Owner) for their HVAC Control System Upgrade Project, in strict conformity with the project plans, bidding documents and contract documents associated with this project.

Ogeechee Technical College is located at 1 Joe Kennedy Blvd. Statesboro, Georgia 30458. This project has been posted as a sealed, electronic bid event within the Team Georgia Marketplace system. The project plans are attached to the bid event.
