Scope of Services
The School Board of Citrus County, Florida (“CCSB”) intends to establish an agreement with an experienced and qualified Contractor to provide HVAC Services district-wide on an as needed basis, and to secure firm, fixed hourly labor rates and percentage markups/discounts for the contract period as specified herein.
The scope of this solicitation requires awarded Respondent to provide services customarily performed in the HVAC field that are not performed in house by CCSB district employees, as permitted by law. HVAC related services shall include but not be limited to the major and minor repairs, replacements, renovations and new installations of the following:

•        Chilled Water Systems

•        Heating/Cooling Water Pumps

•        Hot Water Systems/Boilers

•        Cooling Towers

•        Duct Work

•        Exhaust Systems

•        Heat Exchangers

Awarded Contractor shall furnish all qualified labor, supervision, technical expertise, equipment, tools, trade accessories, materials, fuel, transportation, etc. necessary to provide HVAC mechanical contracting services as specified herein at facilities within Citrus County as required by the CCSB.
