Description:
The Greenville Transit Authority (GTA) seeks proposals from qualified contractors to perform comprehensive HVAC systems and Building Management System (BMS) maintenance at the GTA Operations & Maintenance Facility located at 205 Arcadia Drive, Greenville, SC.

The scope includes:

• Full evaluation and maintenance of HVAC systems, including boilers, HRUs, RTUs, unit heaters, condensing units, VAVs, fans, and pumps.
• Full inspection, calibration, and support of the facility's Tridium/Niagara N4 Building Management System (BMS).
• Preventative and predictive maintenance services.
• Recommendations for corrective actions and lifecycle planning.
• Integration of maintenance activities with GTA’s operational and energy efficiency goals.

The contractor should be able to demonstrate their capability of understanding the control system and how changes to the controls system are physically done and relevant experience of their technicians who have experience with HVAC systems down to the equipment level.

This RFP covers a one-year base term with up to four (4) optional one-year renewals at the sole discretion of GTA.

A NON-MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. EST, August 1, 2025 at GTA’s new facility, located at 205 Arcadia Drive, Greenville, SC 29609.

Proposals will be received electronically until 2:00 P.M. ET, August 20, 2025. The deadline for questions is 2:00 p.m., August 13, 2025.
