The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District (“District” or “CFTOD”) is seeking an experienced contractor to perform annual maintenance for all HVAC within District owned Buildings as below mentioned.

The scope of work for the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (“HVAC”) Annual Service and Preventative Maintenance project shall include, but not be limited to, labor and materials necessary to perform quarterly, semi-annual and annual maintenance tasks on the equipment in the locations as described herein.

Upon award, Contractor must perform an initial survey through the District to identify and verify equipment location, map and mark with an approved method all equipment locations within facilities associated with this service agreement.
