Bid will be publicly opened and read for 475 Admin Office Building AHU Replacement. Work shall include labor, material, equipment at full turn-key service. Bids will be received for single-prime, mechanical contractor. All proposals shall be lump sum. A pre-bid meeting will be held for all interested bidders and vendors on February 25th, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. in the lobby are at 475 Administrative Office Building, 475 Corporate Square Drive, Winston Salem, NC 27105. Site visits after the pre-bid meeting can be scheduled up till 3 days before bid opening. Site visit must be scheduled with project manager. |
