Bidders are hereby notified that this addendum shall be made a part of the above-named proposal and contract documents.
The following is issued to modify, and/or clarify the proposal and contract documents. These items shall have the same force and
effect as the original bid and contract documents, and bids to be submitted on the specified date shall conform with the additions,
deletions and revisions as listed herein.
ITEM #1 QUESTIONS/ANSWERS:
Q1: Do the posts and backboards need to be replaced?
A1: No, the Contractor is not responsible for the replacement of the posts and backboards.
Q2: Is there any onsite storage areas for the barrels?
A2: Yes, the County can provide an option for secured onsite storage for materials.
Q3: Will the County give the Awarded Contractor a deposit to purchase materials?
A3: No, the County does not give any deposits.
This addendum is binding and is to be considered as if contained within the original bid documents of Bid No. 20250359. Bidders
are required to acknowledge receipt of this addendum on their bid forms.
