Bidders are hereby notified that this addendum shall be made a part of the above-named proposal and contract
documents.
The following is issued to modify, and/or clarify the proposal and contract documents. These items shall have the same
force and effect as the original bid and contract documents, and bids to be submitted on the specified date shall conform
with the additions, deletions and revisions as listed herein.
ITEM #1: ADD / UPDATE - The following items were brought up during the Pre-Bid on 4/8/26:
* ADD TO SP-04 AND TS-06, Section A, item 3 LS #804 Gas Station: Replace cap to quarter post. Additional
Fabric will need replacement / repair. All tension wire will need to be replaced which should be completed by
section. There are a total of 5 sections. Photos provided for clarification:
* UPDATE TO SP-04 AND TS-06, Section A, item 5 LS #868 Landings: Although ASTM 934 states that PVC
coated fencing should all be black, this location will require Green per an agreement with the Homeowners
Association located at this property.
This addendum is binding and is to be considered as if contained within the original bid documents of Bid No. 20260327.
Bidders are required to acknowledge receipt of this addendum on their bid forms.
