Department of Forestry -Virginia counties of Bland, Buchanan, Carroll, Craig, Dickenson, Floyd, Giles, Grayson, Lee, Montgomery, Patrick, Pulaski, Russell, Scott, Smyth, Tazewell, Washington, Wise, Wythe, and the independent cities of Bristol, Galax, Norton, and Radford.

The purpose and intent of this solicitation is to establish contract rates to verify the loss of timber on private land resulting from Hurricane Helene. DOF is seeking private consulting forestry firms to verify initial loss estimates.
