This is a Sources Sought ONLY. This is not a Request for Quote and in no way obligates the Government to award any contract/purchase order. The purpose of this Sources Sought is to seek out interested businesses capable of fulfilling this service requirement.
MCRD Parris Island is performing market research to determine available sources that can provide a comprehensive and efficient evacuation service utilizing charter buses and qualified drivers to transport recruits safely and swiftly from Marine Corps Recruit Depot-Parris Island, SC to/from Albany, Georgia during hurricane season.
This is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract for a base ordering period of one year, with two (2) option periods of one-year each. The estimated requirement is approximately 6,000 – 8,500 passengers with an estimated 120 -180 charter buses.
Please refer to the attached draft Performance Work Statement and respond based on the ability to provide the technical requirements.
Interested Vendors shall provide the following information to the POC:
- Cage Code/ Unique Identity Code.
- Socio Economic status (i.e., HUBZone, Woman Owned Small Business).
- Capabilities Statement on company letterhead.
All Sources Sought responses shall be received by 11:00AM EST on 04 February 2025.
