ADDENDUM #2 – HURRICANE DEBRIS CLEAN-UP AT BILL COY PRESERVE
To: All Interested Quoters
Quoters are hereby notified that this Addendum shall be made a part of the above named quote documents. The following
items are issued to add to, modify, and clarify the quote documents. These items shall have the same force and effect as the
original quote documents. Quote Forms, to be submitted on the specified date, shall conform with the additions, deletions and
revisions listed herein.

QUESTIONS/ANSWERS:
Q1: Could you please reschedule the site walk/visit?
A1: No, another pre-quote meeting will not be scheduled.
Q2: Could you please specify whether the service location is entirely wetland or something else?
A2: Yes, entire project is wetland.
Q3: Could you please confirm whether the land falls under any category of natural reserve?
A3: Yes. The entire project is located within Bill Coy Environmental Preserve.
Q4: Can we have the list/specifications and quantity of the waste that needs to be picked up.
A4: There has been no catalogue of hurricane debris within the site. Debris is consistent with house/structure
and appliances washed in with storm surge.
Q5: Can we have the photos of the waste?
A5: No, it is the responsibility of the Contractor to conduct a site visit.
Q6: How many times was the service requested in last 3 years?
A6: All historical data from past projects can be found within the catalogs on the County’s purchasing website.
The website will provide the specifications, tabulations, recommendation for award, and addenda for all
projects within the last five (5) years.
Q7: What is the budgetary number for the services in 2025?
A7: Please refer to addendum 1.
Q8: Please confirm whether a specific price sheet format will be provided. If not, may we submit our standard
rate sheet instead?
A8: The Contractor will be required to submit pages 14-18 of the document package and all pages must be
filled out in their entirety and signed where applicable. The County will not accept any other forms.
Q9: Is this a one-time service?
A9: Please refer to the quote specifications and addenda for clarification.
Q10: Will the price be firm for the entire period?
A10: Please refer to the quote specifications and addenda for clarification.
Q11: Please confirm the contract term?
A11: Please refer to the quote specifications and addenda for clarification.

A12: No.
Q13: Is CPI applicable?

Q14: Who is the current vendor / incumbent?
A14: All historical data from past projects can be found within the catalogs on the County’s purchasing website.
The website will provide the specifications, tabulations, recommendation for award, and addenda for all
projects within the last five (5) years.
Q15: Can we have the current contract copy?
A15: The County issues purchase orders. The signed purchase order in conjunction with the specifications and
addenda constitute a binding agreement.
Q16: What is the Annual spent / last 3 invoices?
A16: All historical data from past projects can be found within the catalogs on the County’s purchasing website.
The website will provide the specifications, tabulations, recommendation for award, and addenda for all
projects within the last five (5) years.
Q17: Is there any possibility of extending the bid submission date?
A17: No, all quotes are due electronically on December 4, 2025 (3:00pm EST).
