Questions: All questions and requests for clarifications must be submitted through U3P. Answers will be prepared and will be made available to Proposers through U3P. Questions will not be accepted after January 7th at 5 p.m.
Submission: Proposals are to be submitted electronically through U3P via VENDOR ATTACHMENTS no later than January 12th at 2:00 PM. Addendum #1 extends due date to January 19,2026, 2:00 PM.
