Hunter, Bowhunter, & Boating Education Online Certification

The Arkansas Game and Fish Commission (AGFC) issues this Request for Proposal (RFP) to obtain qualified vendors to provide comprehensive online education and certification platforms for Hunter Education, Bowhunter Education, and Boating Education. These programs are statutory requirements for outdoor participation in Arkansas; therefore, the selected solution must provide a high-level user experience while maintaining strict regulatory integrity. Issuance of this RFP in no way constitutes a commitment by the AGFC to award a contract. This RFP is designed to provide the prospective contractor(s) with the information necessary to prepare a competitive response.
