Hunnewell Field Team Room Building

The scope of work includes the construction of a new fabricated engineered modular team room building located at the Hunnewell field complex. The project includes, but is not limited to, construction of a modular building which includes locker rooms, bathrooms, and associated utility spaces. The project also includes concrete building foundation and precast exterior access stairs and ADA ramp. The site development work will include, but is not limited to, earthwork, grading, drainage, paved walkway and associated riverfront mitigation planting.
