The project includes, construction of a modular building which includes locker rooms, bathrooms, and associated utility spaces. The project also includes concrete building foundation and precast exterior access stairs and ADA ramp. The site development work includes earthwork, grading, drainage, paved walkway and associated riverfront mitigations planting.
