Synopsis:
|
|
The project involves the construction of a 28-foot-tall wood timber viewing tower on a screw pile foundation at the site of the old tower and includes the supply of all material, installation, assembly and equipment needed for the construction of the tower in adherence to the detailed design and specifications as provided in the tender package.
A pre-tender site meeting will be held at 1:00 p.m. on June 24, 2025. Attendance is not mandatory, however all contractors are encouraged to have examined the existing site conditions prior to submitting a bid. If a Proponent is interested in participating in the site visit as scheduled above, please email

by 5:00 PM June 23, 2025.
Prospective bidders will first meet at the Meadow Lake Provincial Park, Maintenance Shop in Howe Bay, after which there will be a 10-minute drive to the Humphrey Lake Tower site. Location of the maintenance shop can be found here:
