Humboldt County- Economic Development and Child Support Services Tenant Improvement Project 2025-601

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids are invited by the County Administrative Office/Purchasing Agent of Humboldt County, a public body, corporate and politic, for the performance of all the work and the furnishing of all the labor, materials, supplies, tools, and equipment for the following project:

CONSTRUCTION OF

ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND CHILD SUPPORT SERVICES TENANT IMPROVEMENT PROJECT

COUNTY OF HUMBOLDT

PROJECT NUMBER: 2025-601

Pursuant to the Contract Documents on file with the County Administrative Office/Purchasing Agent of Humboldt County.

A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time, December 30, 2025 at 2420 6th Street Eureka, California. Contract Documents, Plans and Specifications will be available on December 16, 2025.

Each Bid must be contained in a sealed envelope addressed as set forth in said Bid Documents and filed at the office of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors of Humboldt County, 825 5th Street, Room 111, Eureka, California at or before 2:00 P.M., Pacific Daylight Time, on January 20, 2026 All Bids will be publicly opened, and summary amounts read aloud. The officer whose duty it is to open the Bids will decide when the specified time for the opening of Bids has arrived.

Plans and Specifications and other Contract Document forms will be available ffor viewing on the County’s website at: http://humboldtgov.org/Bids.aspx .

Each Bid shall be submitted on the forms furnished by the County within the Bid Documents. All forms must be completed.
