Description:

The Town of Randolph is seeking a consultant to evaluate current Town recruitment and hiring practices as those practices relate to hiring a qualified and engaged workforce that is reflective of the Randolph community at large, and to make recommendations for improved policies and practices. The consultant’s study should be grounded in data and in the legal context within Massachusetts and the U.S. at large. It is requested that the study also take into account policy and priority changes taking place at the federal level, and consider how those changes could affect the Town of Randolph today and in the future. The consultant shall provide analysis to ensure that the Town is in compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws.
