The Human Resource Information System (HRIS) serves as a centralized platform that integrates various HR functions, processes, and data to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of human resource management within an organization. The primary purpose of an HRIS is to streamline HR operations, improve data accuracy, and provide valuable insights for informed decision-making.
Victoria College is comprised of about 650 employees, 280 of which are full-time.
We currently use the Ellucian product, Banner for our primary financial system and have multiple extensions, including NeoGov, Choice Screening, Vector Solutions, ERS to fulfill our HR needs. Currently, these extensions have no communication with one another. Our desire is to replace the need for those extensions while also including the ability to report directly to Teacher Retirement Systems.
