Project Description: Norwich Public Utilities (NPU) is soliciting proposals from qualified Human Resources consulting firms to provide professional services in the areas of management training, employee handbook development, performance management, and job description modernization. The selected firm will work closely with NPU’s HR Manager and senior staff to strengthen organizational effectiveness and ensure policies, practices, and training align with industry best practices.
