Huffcutt Precast Restroom at Chapman Park

The City of Oconomowoc is requesting bids for furnishing all labor & material for the construction of the foundation, utility connections and site improvements of the Huffcutt precast restroom at Chapman Park. Bids to be received at the City Clerk’s office at City Hall, 174 E Wisconsin Ave, Oconomowoc WI until 1:00 PM, April 2, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened & read aloud in Room 3, 2nd floor of City Hall.

Project consists of the following in approx quantities indicated: 100 LF Silt Fence; 1 LS Site Removals; 1 LS Salvage, Stockpile, Respread Topsoil; Base Aggregate Dense 3/4"; 10 LF Concrete Curb & Gutter 18”; 750 SF Concrete Pavement & Sidewalk; 1 LS Prefab Restroom Building (including foundation, delivery coordination, installation and utility hook-ups); 1 LS Sanitary Lateral Connection; 1 LS Water Service Connection; 1 LS Electric Service Connection; 350 SY Site Restoration w/ Herbicide, Fertilizer, Seed & Matting.

Bid security in the amount of 5% of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bids shall be securely sealed & endorsed upon the outside wrapper “BID for Huffcutt precast restroom at Chapman Park in Oconomowoc.” No pre-bid conference will be held. Bidders Proof of Responsibility must be submitted to City of Oconomowoc in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Contractors on the Project shall be required to comply with the minimum wages in effect for the State of Wisconsin. The City of Oconomowoc reserves the right to reject any & all bids, waive irregularities & informalities therein & award the Contract in the best interests of the City.
