Summary

This is a Sole Source notice as required by Florida Statutes 287.057(3)(c). The Utilities Department is seeking to utilize Hudson Pump & Equipment as a Sole Source vendor to purchase pumps. Our well field utilizes Goulds Pumps for its process. The Goulds Pump is needed for Standarization of the well pumps and motors. Hudson Pumps & Equipment are the exclusive municipal representative for all sales of ITT Industrial Process Products in the state of Florida per attached sole source letter and justification form.
