The City of Titusville is requesting sealed bids from a qualified licensed General Contractor to complete various improvements within the Harry T. Moore Social Service Center located at 725 S. De Leon Avenue, Titusville to remove, furnish, deliver and install various touchless sensor activated water fountains, multiple plumbing fixture replacements, and HVAC compatible UV Air handling devices to be funded by the CDBG Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security [CARES Act) (Pub. L. 116-136), and in accordance with all regulations found in 24 CFR 570, 2 CFR part 200 Subpart E, 42 U.S.C. 5305, and Disaster Recovery Reform Act of 2018 to prevent, prepare for, and respond to coronavirus current and future pandemics The awarded Contractor(s) shall provide all labor, material, equipment, and incidentals including mobilization, to perform all work as specified herein this bid.

This project is intended to be funded 100% through the Community Development Block Grant CARES Act (CDBG-CV) program.
