HTHW Pipe Replacement (manhole 2S to 3S)

MANDATORY PRE-BID CONF Feb 2, 2026 at 9am in the Facilities Conference Room Replacement of the existing HTHW lines from Manhole 2S to 3S. Pipe modifications within MH 2S and 3S. Removal and installation of concrete anchor blocks, trench excavation, trench preparation and backfilling operations. Repair of electrical wiring and conduit.         The project also consists of removal and replacement of site elements, such as, sidewalks, seating, lighting, and landscaping.
