PENNSYLVANIA GAME COMMISSION
HUNTER EDUCATION GRADUATION PATCH SPECIFICATIONS
Patches to be in accordance with the following specifications:
1. Artwork from which design and colors are to be taken to be provided to vendor by
Game Commission.
2. Patches to be 4-inches in diameter; round, 6 Colors design and color of patches
illustrated in attached copy.
3. Patches to be fully embroidered; all thread to be first quality 100/2 rayon, colorfast to
light and machine washable.
4. Twill backing to be 65% cotton, 35% polyester.
5. Patches to have merrow overlocked, ravel-proof border, rayon threads.
6. Patches to be backed with plastic to prevent shrinkage.
7. Workmanship throughout shall include sharp, neat identification.
8. Samples images of previous Pennsylvania Game Commission Working Together for
Wildlife patches attached.
9. Vendor’s price must include all packaging; boxing to Harrisburg, PA. Shipping
charge will be the actual cost to ship from manufacturer to Harrisburg, PA.
10. This project may be renewed for up to an additional 4 years, one year at a time, with
mutual agreement between the PGC and vendor.
