Provide additional illumination at the Stedman/Deermont intersection to achieve a level of luminance that meets current DOT&PF standards. Construct a concrete sidewalk bulbout on the Stedman side of the marked crosswalk. The bulbout will extend from the existing sidewalk to the edge of the traveled way.
