The work to be done consists in general of installing advanced dilemma zone detection equipment and appurtenances and retroreflective tape around traffic signal heads. All other work not mentioned above that is required by the plans, City Standard Specifications, State Standard Specifications and the Special Provisions shall be performed, placed, constructed or installed.
