Summary:The Virginia Department of Transportation is seeking expressions of interest from engineering consulting firms who wish to be considered to provide construction engineering and inspection services (CEI) for project-specific agreement on the Hampton Roads Express Lanes Segment 1B Services Design-Build project. This project will be administered by the VDOT Hampton Roads District Major Projects office. The project-specific agreement will consist of providing construction engineering and inspection (CEI) services to VDOT staff during the design build phase of the project.
The project-specific contract will have a maximum value of $15,000,000.
The solicitation information and documents are available at www.bidexpress.com. Registration is required in order to view and respond to the solicitation; details and instructions are available at www.bidexpress.com. There is no cost to register.
All inquiries shall be submitted ONLY through the Bid Express Q & A section, where responses will be published for all Offerors. All changes, including addenda, will be published at www.bidexpress.com under the selected solicitation.
Expression of Interest must be received by 2:00 p.m. on March 18, 2025, via www.bidexpress.com.
