Solicitation Summary

The intent of this solicitation is to enter into a contract with a qualified firm for providing stop loss insurance to pay eligible medical claims that exceed a “cap” for current employees and retirees (under the age of 65).
Frederick County Public Schools (FCPS) will be utilizing the services of Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) East (formerly Trion Group) to assist with this RFP.
