While HROE maintains strong internal capabilities, it requires external expertise and dedicated capacity to execute an integrated strategy across eleven critical workstreams, including Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and HR Technology. The university aims to achieve rapid adoption through a collaborative, hands-on approach that builds internal capacity to sustain progress long-term.
