HR/PAYROLL SYSTEM AND PROVIDE PAYROLL SERVICES. The City of North St. Paul is requesting proposals to implement an HR and Payroll System and to Provide Payroll Services. Proposals shall be emailed to Jennie Kloos, Assistant to City Manager/Human Resources Manager at jennie.kloos@northstpaul.org and must be received before 2 p.m. on Tuesday, May 6, 2025.
