HR OFFICE RELOCATION

The HR Department will be relocating to the 4th floor of the City Hall Annex located at 120 7th Street NE, Charlottesville, VA 22902 from their current location. To complete their suite of offices we will demo walls to open up the hallway between the back and forward offices. Metal stud walls with insulation will be built to renovate. All ceiling tiles will be replaced as will HVAC returns and some supplies. New LED lighting will be installed. Carpet Tiles will be needed for some repair. Some new doors and doorways will be necessary. New drywall will require paint as well as some touch up and repaired areas. Electric will include some new outlets and added conduit.

The HR department of the City of Charlottesville is excited to be moving to this office suite which overlooks the Pavilion on the downtown mall. This is straightforward job, which takes place in a secure area.
