Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Knox, on behalf of U.S. Army Recruiting Command (USAREC), is requesting a firm-fixed price contract for a non-personal services contract to provide services to support the HQDA Best Squad Competition-Community Event FY25 for 10-12 October 2025 at the National Mall, Washington D.C. Planning services are anticipated to begin 1 August 2025 to develop layout and coordination with the National Mall. The actual setup is to take place no earlier than 10 October at 0800 EST and will be completed by 2100 EST. Tear down to take place at the conclusion of event and completed no later than 1600 on 12 October 2025. Qualified vendors are asked to review the attachments and provide responses to the questions below.

Questions for industry:

1. Does your company have the capability to provide and coordinate the setup of equipment for location(s) listed above?

2. What would be an “ESTIMATED” fully burdened price for setup, teardown, personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform services to support the HQDA Best Squad Competition-Community Event Fitness Competition as defined in the Performance Work Statement? This is not a Request for Quote. The estimate will be used for budgetary purposes.

3. Do you have any comments related to the attached PWS draft?

4. Will you be able to provide the services outlined in Part 5 of the PWS?

5. Would you still be able to provide services and supplies if the event were to be at the alternate location instead of the National Mall?
