HPAC #1 & #2 High Pressure Air Compressor (HPAC) Maintenance and Repair

This pre-solicitation notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes.

The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of the synopsis. It does not constitute a solicitation for bid or quotes, and should not be constructed as a commitment by the Government.

The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) intends to solicit a sole source, firm fixed price contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C 3204(a)(1) and in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2).

The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) intends to solicit to Curtiss-Wright Electro-Mechanical Corporation to provide maintenance and repair (GROOM) of the High Pressure Air Compressor (HPAC) Nos. 1 and 2 onboard a Los Angeles-class submarine.

In accordance with DFARS PGI 206.302-1, a sources sought notice, N32253-25-Q-0011, was posted to the Government Point of Entry (GPE), SAM.gov, from 05 DEC 2024 – 10 DEC 2024 to satisfy this requirement. The Government received one response from industry indicating capability in performing the requirement. This pre-solicitation notice does not constitute a request for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this notification is purely voluntary and the Government does not assume financial responsibility for any costs incurred.

This posting serves as a pre-solicitation notice in association with N32253-25-Q-0011, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.204. A solicitation notice will be posted on or about 13 DEC 2024.
