24hp Pump Rebuild

Project Description: General Information:
The Town of Palm Beach, Florida ("the Town"), is hereby issuing a notice of intent to award a purchase order to Electric Motors of Palm Beach, as a single source provider for rebuilding a 24hp Fairbanks Morse Pump (24.1HP 1755 3PH 250T 60HZ D5432WD) at one of the pump stations located throughout the Town. The Town has received a proposal from Electric Motors of Palm Beach.

SUBMISSION:

RESPONSIBLE VENDOR DETERMINATION:
Respondent is hereby notified that Section 287.05701, Florida Statutes, requires that the Town of Palm Beach may not request documentation of or consider a vendor’s social, political, or ideological interest when determining if the vendor is a responsible vendor.

Award:
