NOTICE TO BIDDERS

PURCHASE OF HP LATEX R530 PRINTER

Sealed bids for the purchase of a HP Latex R530 Printer will be received by the Purchasing Agent of the Townshii:? of North Bergen, in the County of Hudson, State of New Jersey, at the PURCHASING OFFICE, ROOM B-5, Municipal Building, 4233 Kennedy Boulevard, North Bergen, New Jersey on August 11, 2026, at 11:00AM prevailing time, at which time and place the bids will be opened and read in public.

Specifications may be obtained on the Township of North Bergen's website.

All bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and the words Bid for Purchase of HP Latex R530 Printer. Bid proposals must be addressed to the Township of North Bergen, 4233 Kennedy Boulevard, North Bergen, New Jersey 07047, Attention: Purchasing Agent. Delivery of bids may be in person, by overnight courier, or by mail. No bids will be accepted if they arrive after the date and time specified above.

Bids for said purchase must be based upon and in strict accordance with the aforesaid specifications.

Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31, et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.

The Township of North Bergen reserves the right to waive informalities on bids and to reject any and all bids, if deemed In the best interest of the Township to do so.
