Solicitation Summary

The Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA) is issuing a Purchase Order Request for Proposals (PORFP) under the State of Maryland's Desktop, Laptop and Tablet 2015  Master Contract.

This notice is provided to inform interested Small Business Reserve (SBR) Master Contractors that the PORFP will be distributed only to COTS Master Contractors approved to resell HP Desktop Computers products in accordance with the terms of the Master Contract.

ONLY eligible Master Contractors in the appropriate Functional Area(s) will receive the PORFP via email directly from the Procurement Officer. Vendors not holding a COTS Master Contract in the applicable category are not eligible to submit a proposal.
