Scope of Work:
Replace the laminated wood doors at the entrance of 2200 Patriot suite/unit. Hang the new doors with new mortise continuous hinges at the top and bottom of the doors. Re-use the existing wired section in the middle, re-use the existing Von Duprin SVR exit devices and Double Egress Operator, re-use and transfer the existing lite kits and fire rated glass/Pyran lites into the new doors. Replace the missing fire pin in the doors to make them compliant for use of Less Bottom Rod exit devices. Replace the end cap for one of the exit devices where it is missing.
