Provide programming and advanced planning for a new residence hall building on the main campus of University of North Carolina Wilmington with approximately 550 beds and related support spaces. The building is to be located on the former site of Galloway Hall, a recently demolished residence hall. Current project authorization is for advanced planning only. The selected firm may be retained through full design and construction at the university's option.
