UNCW is soliciting proposals for a Construction Manager-at-Risk for the Housing Village Phase III project. This project is for construction of a new residence hall building with approximately 550 beds and related support spaces. The building is to be located on the former site of Galloway Hall, a recently demolished residence hall.
