The City of Charlotte seeks a research partner to design and implement a resident-centered evaluation of Housing Trust Fund (HTF) communities. This initiative will collect baseline and longitudinal data on residents’ health, financial stability, educational outcomes, and mobility to measure how affordable housing investments impact quality of life.
