Housing Strategy for Jefferson City

Project Description: The City of Jefferson, Planning and Protective Services Department, herein referred to as City or PPS, is seeking to engage the services of a qualified consultant to develop a comprehensive housing strategy for Jefferson City, Missouri. The Request for Proposal (RFP) provides information concerning the objectives, scope, general methodology, conduct of the services, and instructions for submitting a proposal. All provisions of these specifications and instructions will be a part of the contract executed by the consultant and the Mayor of the City of Jefferson, unless otherwise expressly provided in the contract.
