Project Description: The Offeror shall provide Housing Repair Services. These emergency services are to be available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Emergencies include, but are not limited to: broken water lines, gas fumes, non-running water, leaky roofs, improper wiring, broken heat, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC). This program is federally funded with Community Development Block Grant Funds.
