Description

The City of Houston’s Housing and Community Development, Home Repair is seeking qualified contractors to provide comprehensive foundation repair services and rehabilitation work that appear to be caused by the foundation repair for a single-family residential property. This procurement is for a one-time project. The selected contractor will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and implementing appropriate repair solutions to address foundation issues and ensure the structural integrity of the residence.

A walk-through of the property will be scheduled prior to bid submissions.
