HOUSING NEEDS ANALYSIS. The City of Hinckley is seeking proposals to complete a Housing Needs Analysis. The City’s last Housing Study was completed in 2018. The City seeks to engage a consultant to prepare a Housing Needs Analysis at the County and City level based on current demographic and housing market information to determine the existing and potential market demand within the City.
