Housing Management System, RFQ 639827

The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain fixed price proposals from firms specializing in providing a web-based and cloud-based Housing Client and Property Management (“System”) for the Department of Housing and Community Development. The System shall be a fully operational turnkey Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) system. The awarded contractor shall provide configurations, utilizing out of the box standard configuration and minimizing unnecessary customizations, training, user documentation, help desk support services, technical support, and conversion and other related implementation and support services.
