INVITATION FOR BID (IFB)

HOUSING IMPROVEMENTS, 3 HOMES

BIDDERS NOTES:

1. This Addendum shall be recognized by all concerned as an incorporated part or parts of the Contract Documents.

2. The Contractor shall assure himself that all changes and interpretations covered by the contents herein are thoroughly understood.

3. Addenda are being issued to plan holders with complete sets of Contract Documents. It shall be the Contractor’s responsibility to verify that all his bidders are aware if the items in the Addendum.

CONTRACT DOCUMENTS (Clarifications, Additions, and/or Revisions):

1. At 11 Reservation Road:

Add: Hot water pressure/temp. drain pipe - connect missing 15-inch copper pipe section

2. 31 Reservation Road:

Add: Remove 12’x20’carport structure.

3. 51 Reservation Road:

Add: West of the stove 11 LF base cabinets including new kitchen sink/faucet, and 6 LF of wall cabinet

Add: Wall cabinet above stove to connect existing microwave and new exhaust fan

Add: North kitchen wall 9LF of base cabinets

Add: Wall cabinets above doorway to dining room

Add: Countertops on base cabinets. Owner to select colors of cabinets and countertops. See Scope Of Work specs for material type.

Add: Exhaust fan in half - bath next to pantry

The Reno-Sparks Indian Colony, in accordance with Tribal procedures, will receive a sealed bid for the Housing Improvements, 3 Homes. IFB's will be received and recorded in the Reno-Sparks Indian Colony’s Administration office at 34 Reservation Road, Reno, NV 89502, until Thursday, September 4, 2025 by 2:00 p.m. local time. IFB/submissions will be publicly opened on Wednesday, August 20, 2025 at 2:30 p.m. local time at the above location. Responses shall be addressed Attn: Maria Macias, Procurement Officer, with the Title "Housing Improvements, 3 Homes IFB".
