Project Description: Wake County and City of Raleigh jointly issue this Request for Proposals (RFP) for Housing and Homeless Services. This RFP makes available City of Raleigh Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funds and Wake County Homeless Agency Funds. All funding awarded through this RFP will be for ESG eligible activities, and some awards (in whole or in part) may be expected to comply with federal ESG regulations and requirements.
