Project Description: DHA is Requesting Proposals from qualified data providers for the creation and maintenance of a data base for rent reasonable determinations for the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program. The data base will satisfy all HUD requirements for the determination of reasonable rents for units receiving assistance from the DHA Housing Choice Voucher Program.
