Public Notice – The Little Rock Housing Authority (LRHA) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) NSPIRE Inspection Services. Services will include conducting HUD-required NSPIRE inspections for all units participating in the HCV Program, ensuring compliance with federal standards, documentation accuracy, and timely reporting.
The Request for Proposal (RFP) documents, which outline the full scope of work, submission requirements, and contract terms, will be available beginning November 30, 2025, on the LRHA website at www.lrhousing.org
